CURTIS W. WHITTERON
Chairman and Interim President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Whitteron assumed the role of Chairman with ORANGE in April of 2012 and became Interim President & CEO of the Company effective October 1, 2012. Prior to his tenure with ORANGE, Curt was most recently involved in co-founding Okala Energy Services Ltd., a small privately owned rental company supplying drilling related equipment to oil & gas producers in western Canada. Prior to this, Mr. Whitteron spent 15 years with Peak Energy Services Ltd., a publicly traded oil & gas services company. At Peak, he served in many capacities including the roles of President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Corporation. Mr. Whitteron is a graduate of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and is a Certified Engineering Technologist. He currently serves as a Director of Titan Energy Services Ltd. and is a past Director of the Petroleum Services Association of Canada.
Senior Vice President
Mr. LeBlanc joined ORANGE as Vice President and General Manager of ORANGE USA on May 1, 2012. Marc accepted the role of Senior Vice President of the company effective June 1, 2012. Mr. LeBlanc has over 30 years of experience in the directional drilling sector. Prior to joining ORANGE, Marc spent 12 years with Ryan Energy Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of Nabors Industries. Marc served in several leadership roles, with the last 6 years as Vice-President of Ryan USA. He was a key contributor to the growth and success of the company both in the US and Canada. He brings extensive knowledge of directional & horizontal drilling in all major basins across North America.
Vice President Finance & CFO
Mr. Glasspoole joined ORANGE as Chief Financial Officer in January of 2011. Jim brings over 25 years of industry and financial leadership experience to the Company. Formerly with Pason Systems Corp., a TSX-listed oil & gas services company with a market capitalization in excess of $1Billion, he served as Pason's Chief Financial Officer during his last four years. Jim earned his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Concordia University and articled with KPMG and became a Chartered Accountant in 1989. His credentials include a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University and completion of the Queen's University Executive Development Program.
Vice President Sales & Marketing
Mr. McFarlane joined ORANGE in June of 2012 as Vice President Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining ORANGE, Geoff held various commercial leadership roles spanning 17 years in the Oil & Gas Sector. Among these roles, he was the Vice President of Sales for Peak Energy Services and GM of Business Development Canada for Shaw Pipe Protection Ltd. Previous to Shaw Pipe, Geoff held roles in Business Development for Pennzoil Canada and Livingston International. Mr. McFarlane holds a BA from the University of Calgary and an Executive MBA achieved through the Haskayne School of Business.
